Free shipping worldwide
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to. There is no minimum order value.
Processing time
We ship from Belgium. Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment (business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays).
Delivery times
After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

These are estimates from our carrier (TODO_CARRIER). Delays can occasionally happen, for example around holidays or because of customs checks. Unless agreed otherwise, we deliver no later than 30 days after your order.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.
Customs, duties and taxes (outside the EU)
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are paid by the recipient.
Orders within the European Union are never charged customs duties.
Address and delivery problems
- Please check your shipping address carefully in the checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately at TODO_SUPPORT_EMAIL. We can correct it as long as the parcel has not left.
- If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (for example because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected), we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
- Parcel lost or damaged? Contact us. The risk only passes to you once you receive the parcel, so we will make it right.
