Your right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several items that are delivered separately, the period starts on the day you receive the last item.
How to withdraw
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example an email to TODO_SUPPORT_EMAIL or a letter to TODO_COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME, TODO_ADDRESS. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your message before the withdrawal period has expired.
Returning the item
Please send the item back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal, to:
You pay the direct cost of sending the item back. Please pack the item carefully and keep your proof of postage. We recommend a tracked shipping method.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. In other words: try it on as you would in a shop, but please do not wear it out.
Your refund
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same payment method you used for the original purchase (via Stripe), unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have supplied proof of having sent it back, whichever is earliest.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your personal specifications or clearly personalised (for example engraved), or to sealed items that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed (for example earrings for pierced ears, if delivered sealed). Defective or wrong item?
That is not a withdrawal but a guarantee case: contact us at TODO_SUPPORT_EMAIL with your order details and a photo. We cover the shipping costs and will repair or replace the item, or refund you, under the two-year legal guarantee (see our terms & conditions).
